And So It Begins

Ok, so now it begins......again.  It's been a while for me, I haven't blogged in years.  Funny how the Ravelry phenomenon has changed everything.  So that's fine for the knitting/crocheting and all things yarny, but what about everything else? 

I am starting a new class, and need to have a place to log my progress.  In the mean time, I guess I can post some pictures from my everyday life here on Maui.

 So this is the view from my beach chair at my favorite beach....Airport Beach in Ka'anapali.  That's the backside of Black Rock on the left, and the island of Lanai across the channel on the right.   It's almost 1.5 miles away from where I live, and has a great reef for snorkeling.  

I work as a photographer (day job), shooting portraits of guests at the Westin Maui.  It's really lots of fun, ok....I have as much fun as anyone could hope for....considering the 8-5 schedule. 

Sometimes the guests come in funny costumes......
